Merrill Hays broker the sale of Little House Montessori Nursery to first time buyer

Leading business sales advisors Merrill Hays has announced the sale of Little House Montessori Nursery in East Sussex to a first time buyer.

Situated in Forest Row, close to East Grinstead the nursery has gained a solid reputation for providing high quality personalised care and education for pre-school children. Set in a picturesque location on the edge of Ashdown Forest, the nursery is operated from an attractive detached property set within a small rural business park, and benefits from a lovely enclosed rear garden which provides the opportunity for outdoor play and development. The vendor Lisa Watkins, decided to place the nursery on the market due to her wish to concentrate on her other business interests within the sector and approached Merrill Hays to advise and handle the sale.

The nursery was purchased by Mrs Rukaiya Bandali, a degree-qualified early years practitioner with over 10 years childcare experience. Mrs Bandali, who plans to rebrand the setting under the new name of Ashdown Day Nursery, had been determined to run her own nursery and this represented a perfect first step into the nursery sector due to its size and development potential.
